Note to INCEpTION 0.18.0 users: please upgrade to 0.18.1

Hi everybody,

we discovered a memory leak in INCEpTION 0.18.0 which can cause
the application to run out of memory quickly, in particular if

- you keep INCEpTION running for a longer period of time (e.g. on
a server)
- you have projects with many documents
- you make use of recommenders for annotation suggestions

The problem has been resolved in the new INCEpTION 0.18.1 which
is available for download from our website.
