Bespoke cloud setup service for Inception

Hi, my team and I are looking to use Inception in a collaborative manner (we have annotators around the world working on a project). I imagine a cloud setup of inception would be the way forward. However, we do not have experience setting it up on the cloud ourselves (we are mostly linguists). Are there services that we can leverage which will give us a cloud instance of Inception for us to do our work, and export our data? We don't mind paying for such a service, if it exists.
