Error while loading webpage on Windows 10

Hi,

I'm using version 0.17.3 on Windows 10 and see an error after launching the application, when I navigate to the web URL.

The error reads

"Whitelabel Error Page" with a further message saying "This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback. There was an unexpected error (type=Not Found, status=404). "

Any idea why this could be?
