Hello,

We are using Azure MariaDB server for Inception 30.0.

Maria DB server is going to unsupported from azure portal and AZ CLI Connectivity supported till 25th March 2023.Microsoft suggestion to move it MySQL Server.

We are planning to be using MySQL server instead MariaDB for our existing deploys and future too.

I have found guideline in Inception Admin Guide "Using MySQL instead of MariaDB". And it's very helpful thanks. Apart from this do you have any suggestion or things need to consider while migrating existing deploy and future use?

Hi Neel,
I have updated the Admin guide with two new sections:

- https://github.com/inception-project/inception/blob/main/inception/inception-doc/src/main/resources/META-INF/asciidoc/admin-guide/installation_database_mysql.adoc

I hope these help you. If you discover any additional tips on deploying INCEpTION on Azure and/or MySQL, please let us know so we can update these sections accordingly.

Cheers,

-- Richard
