Annotated text are getting disappeared

Hi Team,

We have faced the annotation disappearing issue in the past but then it was fixed in 23.10 version. 
We have updated the Inception to 24.0 version and this annotation disappearing has started occurring. 

We have two scenario for this issue:
1. When an annotator annotates something and moves to another file, comes back to the previous annotated file the annotation is visible but when they scrolls up the page and comes back again to the annotated section the annotation disappears. 
The annotation comes back when they refresh the page. 

2. Annotated text disappears when any annotator revisit the page to cross check or reannotate the same file.

Could you please look into this issue.

Hi Raman,

I assume you are referring to the new PDF editor in v24 (please verify that when the editor is "PDF" and *not* "PDF (legacy9" when you click on the settings icon in the action bar of the annotation editor)?

Do you see any error messages that might be related to this issue when in the Web Developer Tools console of the browser?
