	We are excited to invite you to the official session on Track 4 (Health) at the upcoming Asia Pacific Climate Week 2023. Organized by Health Care Without Harm Southeast Asia (HCWH-SEA), Melbourne Climate Futures (MCF) of the University of Melbourne, FHI360 Asia Pacific, and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), this initiative will be an essential platform for discussing critical issues related to climate change and health. This session is co-presented by St. Luke's Medical Center College of Medicine and Health Systems Global.  Climate change is an urgent global crisis with significant impacts on healthcare, individual health, and communities in the Asia-Pacific region. Demographic changes, economic growth, and environmental shifts are exposing vulnerabilities in healthcare systems. Extreme weather events, infectious diseases, and healthcare strains highlight the need for adaptable healthcare strategies.  The session, "Resilient Health Systems: Localizing Climate Policies and Tools for Accelerated Action," aims to emphasize the cross-cutting nature of health and highlight essential strategies to address the climate crisis while underscoring the integral role of health as a driver for collective climate action. Moreover, the session will spotlight the practical implementation of health considerations in policy frameworks, including the use of tools such as vulnerability assessments to guide climate action in the sector.  Through dynamic discussions with various stakeholders, including policymakers, researchers and academics, healthcare professionals, civil society, the private sector, and development partners, this session seeks to inspire collective action and chart a course toward a healthy and resilient climate future for all in the Asia-Pacific region.  Join us at the Asia-Pacific Climate Week 2023 on November 15th in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, where we will explore these crucial topics in greater depth.
