I got error when installing 1.9.2
Here is my reported issue. https://github.com/incanter/incanter/issues/388
It can't found artifact:

Error building classpath. Could not find artifact bouncycastle:bctsp-jdk14:jar:138 in central (https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/)
org.eclipse.aether.resolution.ArtifactResolutionException: Could not find artifact bouncycastle:bctsp-jdk14:jar:138 in central (https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/)

Even I manually installed it, and it exist in ~/.m2

I've fixed it in the develop branch, but didn't cut new release yet... I need to look what else critical would need to go into release.
