Hi all!
Today we’re announcing that we are open sourcing the InboxSDK. Here’s our announcement on HN (we’d love your support!). We’ll continue to develop and maintain the SDK as well as accept contributions from the community.
We’re excited to open source the project. We hope it will maximize the number of developers using the SDK. This is especially true for larger companies who who couldn’t use the SDK due to licensing or pricing concerns. With a larger community we hope we’ll be able to roll out more features, fix bugs faster and accept contributions (especially in the case of urgent fixes).
Logistically, we’ll be moving to using GitHub’s issue tracker for discussions and bug filing. To that end, we’ll be locking this group at the end of the day and all new discussions can happen on GitHub here.
We want to thank all the group members here who encouraged us to take this next step with the SDK and make it available as open source. Would love to hear any comments or feedback on HN!
