I'm seeking 2 subletters: one for the summer only and one for the
summer and/or the whole academic year. The apartment is in Cleveland
Circle, within a block or two from the B, C, and D green line trains,
the #86 bus to Harvard Square, and the Boston College Shuttle.
The rooms are semi-furnished, with bed, desk, and chair. The rent is
$600/month plus about $45-55 for utilities. There is a laundromat two
blocks away, along with stores and restaurants.
I am a quiet, writer/editor, theology student. My cat is medium
haired, friendly, and rather witty.
YOU: are female, nonsmoker, mature, and gainfully employed.
