I don:t know if this site copied Wikipedia or vice versa, but the about page for species is EXACTLY THE SAME as the Wikipedia article for that species.  They even have the same headings!

hello Jack - yes, it is not plagiarism, it is an arranged live feed from Wikipedia to our parent iNaturalist. It is what our species searches go to. but there is additional information in terms of the maps, and graphics derived from our data. we could default to some other provider like NZPCN or NZeflora but we have not gone their yet. thx for asking colin
