Do you mean individual observations like:
http://www.inaturalist.org/observations/78372
If you're logged in and viewing your own observation, you should see
the 'Add to Project' drop-down just above the project. You can invite
anyone else's observations to projects you've joined by clicking
'Invite to project' on the right hand side under 'Projects'
Its easier to 'Batch' add your observations to projects from:
http://www.inaturalist.org/observations/vjh
click 'Batch Edit', 'Select All', and then 'Add' next to your project
under 'Add to Project'
Do you mean that some of your observations were previously added to
the project and aren't in the project anymore? I'm not sure why that
would be, but you can add them again using 'Batch Edit' as described
above.
Does this help?
