Text box too small when flagging a taxon

Only 21 characters can be seen at once in the text box for flagging a taxon, and it's never enough.  The text box is way too small.

Could this box be made much larger and support multiple lines with word wrap?  Just about any link to reference material far exceeds 21 characters, so there is rarely any chance of saying why one is flagging a taxon without the majority of their reason being invisible.  I always want to read my whole response before submitting my flag, and the tiny text box makes that difficult.

I concur: a bigger box will be useful.
