API: 400 error filtering on taxon_name | Error on API docs page

Hi,

I have noticed in the past few days that some API rest endpoints no longer return data filtered on taxon_name.

Example queries that return a 400 error (and that worked until recently):

https://api.inaturalist.org/v1/observations/species_counts?verifiable=true&taxon_name=Cyanistes%20caeruleus&place_id=any

https://api.inaturalist.org/v1/observations/species_counts?verifiable=true&taxon_name=Cyanistes%20caeruleus&place_id=any

https://api.inaturalist.org/v1/observations/species_counts?verifiable=true&taxon_name=Cyanistes%20caeruleus&place_id=7122

I also noticed an error on the iNaturalist API documentation page https://api.inaturalist.org/v1/docs/ (Please see attached file).

Thanks for the report Daniel. This is a bug that was introduced after some upgrades we made a little over a week ago. We released a fix for it this afternoon, so hopefully you'll find these URLs are working again.
