Answer 4 : The problem almost caused by .NET 4.8 installed .You need manually remove it and put .NET 4.5 back ,also You need remove Windows update KB5011048 You can google about how remove/Disable .NET 4.8 and KB5011048 After you uninstall it then reboot machine ,The autocom software will start to work again . Or you can try install Autocom 2021 on Your Win10 or Win11 ,that should no any problem.
