InaSAFE preview at FOSS4G-PH

Hi,

Just sharing that we had our FOSS4G-PH event last weekend [0]. One of
the workshop was about InaSAFE. The workshop was lead by Dianne
showcasing the new generic IF including and the latest features for
the upcoming 2.2 release. The idea for running the
to-be-released-version is for us to test (and fix) any bugs.
(Un)fortunately, no show stopping bugs were encountered. :)

Project NOAH also demonstrated the latest version of webSAFE which
also includes the latest code for the generic IF [1].
