Dear , with great admiration I've seen your Qgis plugin Inasafe and the advantages it offers. I'm currently working at the GIS department of an IT company called Mountbatten/Fruits of Thought (www.mountbatten.net / www.fruitsofthought.org), based in Kampala, Uganda. We'd like to know more about the possibilities of such a plug-in in Uganda. Uganda is not bordering any seas, but suffers from floodings from time to time due to extreme precipitation, overflowing rivers and (occasionally) Lake Victoria. Furthermore, other environmental hazards concern flooded swamps & wetlands, land & mud slides and extreme heat leading to drought. I'd like to know if there are any possibilities within Inasafe in which we could practice such scenarios? Your help would be much appreciated. Kind regards, Thijs Kuiper - Advisor Geo-department Mountbatten/Fruits of Thought
