Issues Processing InaSAFE Tutorial data

Hello,

I'm encountering issues with the InaSAFE plugin in QGIS 3.28.2. After specifying all of input parameters when attempt to execute the Keyword Creation Wizard an error windo w appears and I am unable to proceed any further. Can anyone assist with troubleshooting?! I've attached a screenshot of the error below. Thanks
