InaSAFE v4.0 Keyword Version Support

Hi All,

As you know, we are working on the new architecture of InaSAFE and we introducing some new keyword for InaSAFE layer. For example: thresholds, inasafe_fields, and inasafe_default_values. These new keyword are needed in the process to run the impact function. Automatic migration from version 3.5 to version 4.0 will be difficult since we don't have some new concept in version 3.5. Thus, it will be dificult to make layer with keyword version 3.5 to work properly in InaSAFE v4.0. So in this email, I want to tell you that we will not support keyword 3.5 (and less) in the InaSAFE v4.0.

The only thing that you need to do is assigning keyword with the Keyword Wizard in InaSAFE v4.0 (that will be released soon in alpha version).

Full list for keyword in the InaSAFE v4.0 is listed here : https://github.com/inasafe/inasafe/issues/3249#issuecomment-260873532. The list is still not completed since we will remove obsolete keywords and introduce new layer purposes.
