Restructuring of Transifex projects

Hi all, especially this involved with translation work for InaSAFE!

This is just to advise you that we are moving the transifex repositories to a new organisation in transifex - they will be in ‘InaSAFE’ instead of ‘AIFDR’ from now on. Your credentials and team memberships should continue as normal. We have also updated the naming of the various repos to hopefully make things a little clearer:

* docs.inasafe.org - this is the translation site for content displayed in http://docs.inasafe.org and tracks the master branch at http://github.com/inasafe/inasafe-doc. Generally this branch is in maintenance mode only and thus you should check with the InaSAFE community before you invest any time in that branch and rather work against the develop branch (see below)

* staging.docs.inasafe.org - this is the translation site for content displayed in http://staging.docs.inasafe.org and tracks the develop branch at http://github.com/inasafe/inasafe-doc

* inasafe.org an experimental tool to live update the translations of the http://inasafe.org web site - please don’t use this yet.

* inasafe  the application code for http://github.com/inasafe/inasafe  - we are in the process of transferring this repo over from the old AIFDR transifex project - it should be done in the next 24 hours.
