Update on InaSAFE 4.0 Release

Hi all

I just want to update you on the 4.0 release status. We are still in 'release when ready mode' - we have postponed the release from last thursday to tentatively this thursday. At the moment we are just testing testing testing, polishing polishing polishing mode. We are doing daily application walk throughs with the dev team, looking for odd behaviours, inconsistencies etc. 

I appreciate all of your patience - there has been a lot of code churn in 4.0 and it is vital that we put in enough QA before the release. I don't expect that we will have recurring delays like this in the 4.x follow up releases....

Can I also appeal to those who are able to test (or get your users to test) before we release and let us know if you have any issues so that we can release with as many issues as possible taken care of.
