3.4 Release plans

Hi all

As we discussed with some of you we are delaying the release of 3.4 a little bit because we have a very short development window to pack in some major under the hood changes. We update the milestones at https://github.com/inasafe/inasafe/milestones with the new timings - we are aiming for:

29 April 2016 = Freeze
9 May 2016 = Actual release day

As we get closer to friday (freeze day) we will update you if we are still on track. If HOT and DMI staffers need a longer freeze window to test out features, please let me know and we will try to adjust the release date to accommodate you.

I think this makes good sense. There is still a lot of hard work going on trying to get everything ready so a little more slack time will probably be appreciated.

Any objections to doing that anyone else?
