If you have any issues meeting these deadlines please let us know long in advance so that we can adjust out plans accordingly.

@rizky and @sunni I know you guys are overloaded - we will try to share your tasks around with other team members as best we can

@Martin and @Borys if you have time to pitch in over the next two weeks, it would be great to get your help on some of these tasks. Thanks for all the great work you are doing!

@maria we need to get your involvement with styling up the GeoNode InaSAFE platform over the next two weeks. Please contact me for details.

@richard I think the doc status is looking good infrastructure wise, if you can just lend a general supporting hand to Charlotte and HOT when needed that would be great.

@etienne - Welcome back (Etienne returns after a brief absence for his graduation) - we have missed you! Please join us on gitter when you clock in for work on Tuesday so we can discuss your workplace.

@Irwan and Fredy - we will value your QA inputs and suggestions on how to make InaSAFE cater well to our users needs!

@iyan and @HOT team hopefully the process is going to work better this time around as we are not planning any massive UI changes (famous last words!) and all the context docs are separated away from the docs you are maintaining.

@charlotte - keep us on the straight and narrow :-)
