Upon entering the home, you are greeted by the ocean view flooding through the floor to ceiling windows in the great room. The living area features comfortable seating and access to the oceanfront deck to step outside into the salty air. Across the room, the kitchen, with island, has everything needed to prepare meals for a crowd. Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean while eating breakfast in the dining area, or dine outdoors in the spacious screened porch and listen to the waves crash. There are ocean views and deck access from the master bedroom on this level, which includes a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a separate shower. Two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry facilities can be found on this level.
Step up to the top level to an open common area, featuring views of the ocean, a card table, and shuffleboard. A wet bar is nearby to keep snacks and drinks handy. There is a master bedroom, with a private bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and a full bathroom as well. Two of the bedrooms each have access to a private deck. Step outside and along the walkway to the beach, where you'll find a spacious dune deck, perfect for relaxing with an afternoon beverage. A smaller boarded area with seating can be found between the dune deck and the beach. On the front side of the home, you will find several options for outdoor entertainment. Splash in the private pool, or challenge the family to a game of volleyball or basketball. Once the sun sets for the evening, gaze at the stars from the hot tub, which is located in the pool area. Payment may be made by personal check, e-check, cash, certified check, money order, debit or credit card. We accept only U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, and MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card if paying by credit card. All payments are due 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, payment is due at the time of booking and must be made by e-check, cashier's check, money order, or credit card. Half of the rent plus the optional Travel Insurance premium must be received by Twiddy within 48 hours of the lease date when paying electronically and within seven days when sending payment by mail. If you are planning to hold a wedding at the vacation home, the Special Event fee is due with your Initial Balance. Leases are signed electronically through the guest login on twiddy.com. Guests that do not have an email address will receive their lease by mail. (Sample lease is available to view below.) You may sign up to be emailed by Twiddy when a home/time frame become available by adding your information to the notification list. Current-year guests are given the first opportunity to request the same home and time frame for the following year upon check-out. If the current-year guest chooses not to reserve the home for the following year, we will notify you by email.
All guests on the notification list for a specific home/time frame are emailed at the same time. Current year Reservations and future year Advance Property Holds are booked on a first come, first served basis.

Twiddy homes that advertise Welcome Program as an amenity provide guests with a Vacation Starter Kit for their arrival. Enjoy the convenience of starter supplies such as a roll of paper towels, a dish soap, and a trash bag, all in a Twiddy insulated cooler bag. Additionally, hand soap and a roll of toilet paper will be placed in every bathroom.
These homeowners want to take care of some of the little necessities so you may begin to relax and enjoy your vacation. Please note that this is not intended to be a full supply for your stay. Guests are responsible for providing their own paper products, trash bags, and soaps.
Please do not allow children or pets to ride the elevator unattended. Children should not play in or around the elevator. Do not allow a child to stand between the elevator gate and landing door. Never enter the elevator hoistway above or below the elevator cab for any reason. Do not operate or attempt to operate the elevator if the cab gate or landing door locking system is not functioning properly. Do not operate or attempt to operate the elevator if you detect any unusual sounds or the ride seems abnormal. If the elevator is not operating properly, do not attempt to service or repair the elevator yourself, please contact our office. Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe injury or death.
Standard check-in time is 4:00 pm. Early check-in is 1:00 pm. A limited number of 1:00 pm check-ins are available and we cannot offer this service for certain homes, including those with seven or more bedrooms or homes occupied by owners the preceding week.
