Hi Chris,
I currently have my N30 at Foundry Cove. I can only give a partial answer to your question since I purchased the boat last November after the ownership of the marina changed, so I can't speak to the changes "good or otherwise" since I never experienced the previous ownership. Also, when I bought the boat it was not my intention to stay at FCM and I will be moving the boat out of FCM later this month. This has nothing to do with the ownership, just I'm a member at one of the Toronto area clubs and am moving the boat "home"
What I do know is that the boat owners at the marina are a very friendly group, but that tends to be the case in most marinas. The staff is also accomdating. For new to FCM people I've seen the office staff give tours of the facility to prospective clients. If you're interested, please reach out to MIriam in the office. She will set you up with someone to show you around the property and answer any questions that you have.
As I mentioned earlier, I bought the boat with the intention of moving it to Toronto. To date the team at FCM has been very flexible with my needs and are so far accomodating my schedules for prep for transport and day of transport operations. If it wasn't for already having a spot in Toronto I would be quite happy staing at FCM and sailing Georgian Bay.
