Guest 12v two-prong plug adapters

I have Guest 12v plugs on on my boat.  Two prong receptacles.  Anyone else have these?  Is there an adapter available to either a USB or cigarette lighter receptacle?

I removed mine and replaced them with USB plus. I think I have some plugs. Email me off line to Thor.Powell @icloud.com

Do yourself a favor and upgrade to a cigarette lighter, USB or USB©
