Does anyone know the manufacturer of the Nonsuch 30 windows?  I am trying to get new screens for them but my chandler brought in the right size but the wrong manufacturer and they would not fit.

Also has anyone a line on the new screens.........?

Thanks and Cheers

ps raced the Nonsuch today discovered that in light air she is not only slow but she stopped!    The chilled white wine and cucumber sandwiches made up for it though.

We purchased replacement screens for our 26C from Atkins & Hoyle in Toronto.

they were not cheap (approx $35 each) and they don't make them with the little clips anymore.
I used double sided tape to keep them in position.

I think next time around, I will try to design some myself.

I buy the screens for my 30 from The Binnacle. They always seem to have them in stock and last time I bought them I think they were $11.95 each. They are called Viking Screens. Fit perfectly. They're held in place with a single screw. You can reach them at binnacle.com

I made a couple by sandwiching a piece of screen between two pieces of
white plastic. It took about an hour with a Dremel tool to cut out
the frames, but they are just like the original, except for the little
clips. I plan to silicome them in place, as I can see no reason to
remove the screens.

Try The Binnacle. They have the right size for the smaller ports, but you have to apply an adhesive. Much less expensive than Atkins/Hoyle.
