iPhone users and interested parties,

It's time for a Sept iTweet to bring a little fun and tips that might help your day2day workflow.  So let's get started:

iPhone 5 Update - Just like TMZ, the internet tech sites are scrambling to get the first proof of what the next iPhone(s) will look like.  The latest and very interesting rumor is that Apple will be announcing in early Oct a tweaked, lower cost iPhone 4 AND a newly designed iPhone 5 that is a stretched version of the iPod Touch design.  Below is a pic of an iPhone 4 sitting in a case designed for the iPhone 5... maybe.

Adobe Flash Support - Microsoft has indicated that the mobile version of Windows 8 will not support flash.  Reasons mentioned include battery life, security, reliability, and privacy for consumers.  "Plug-ins were important early on in the web’s history. But the web has come a long way since then with HTML5. Providing compatibility with legacy plug-in technologies would detract from, rather than improve, the consumer experience of browsing in the Metro style UI."

Apple TV - A few of you already have Apple TV, but I don't at this time.  I came across this video that helped me see how the different devices can complement each other really well.  iOS, MAC X, iCloud, AirPlay... becoming more & more integrated.

App of the Month - Below are two apps that I use A LOT.  If you have a favorite, please send to me for the next iTweet.
- PhotoPad: Great for cropping and rotating images quickly.  http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/photopad-by-zagg/id364758617?mt=8
- Hangman: A fun family game that I play a lot with the kids at restaurants.  http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/id327449554?mt=8

Graph of the Month - I love looking at graphs that convey a lot of information in a unique, but efficient way.

Patents and Intellectual Property - For those of you a little interested in IP, here is nice high level summary of some of the lawsuits and licensing among the different phone, reader, and tablet companies.
