INDIANAPOLIS,Indiana:  David Fleenor  claims his $50,000 Lucky 5 lotto jackpot.
 "I told everybody 2009 is gonna be better than 2008," said Fleenor,
who was recently laid off from his factory job of 40 years.
"But I  didn't know it was gonna come this quick."
David said "put it in the bank and take it one day at a time."

The Save-a-Step store  at 8715 Highway 111 in Memphis, Indiana sold this winning lotto ticket. "Somebody said to me, 'You gonna keep playing the Lottery?'
and the answer is 'Yes!'" said Fleenor.
"I plan to be back here with more zeros on the end of that check."
