I will made a dipole for the 10.1 Mhz v inverted with total lenght 15
mtrs.
What is the appropriate balun ? 1:1 1:2 1:5 or others ? tnx

I wouldn't use a balun.
But if you want to use one, use a 1:1 balun at the feedpoint if you are
using coax as the feedline.

1.1 should do the trick,like you use on an 80 mtr dipole.
