Applications are now open for Aram Porul’s flagship program ‘Annual Women Leaders Retreat 2021’. The 3-day retreat is happening from 24 March 2021 – 26 March 2021 at a scenic indigenous building in ECR, Chennai.

Why this camp?

Women, especially in the development ecosystem play multiple roles, often several at the same time with different sets of responsibilities. Expectations that others have of us in any one of our roles may differ from our own and may conflict with our goals as individuals. The multiplicity and overlapping of roles, constant change in the work and personal environment often lead to delusion, provoke conflict and stress. It is vital for a woman to take a break, sit back and look within to gain an understanding of herself, her strengths, and limitations.

About the workshop

This 3 day - 3-night exclusive leadership and retreat program for women leaders especially in the development sector will build new perspectives, capabilities, and relationships. The program will offer you deeper insight and help you draw a source of inspiration within you to stay positive, capable and build a happy effective organization.

1. Participants from for-profits organizations: Rs.12500/-

2. Participants from NGOs, social enterprises, and development sector: Rs.10,000/-

Participants are expected to reach the campsite on their own. The fee does not include transportation charges.
