[In-Link] Sending e-mail, when all links are validated

In-Link sends out e-mail with link validation status, even if all links are valid. This annoys me a lot, because on my development computer where only 1 valid link is created I'm getting that e-mail each and every day.

I personally disagree with a fact, that validation e-mail is sent at all time and not only when there are validation problems.

Since I can't tell if majority of In-Link users will agree with me, then I'll recommend adding a setting called "Enable successful link validation e-mail" to In-Link.

Whatever we need to keep it enabled or disabled by default I can't tell.
