Ability to highlight tree sections, that are only visible in debug mode

I propose specially decorate/highlight tree sections (left frame in administrative console), that are only visible in debug mode or to super admin user. Usually developers always use debug mode to gain access to more functionality and to unlock some additional tree sections. This functionality will be useful for noticing what tree sections are available to client without turning off debug mode.
