I've found nice cvs history plugin http://cvschangelog.sourceforge.net/ that will allow Eclipse (or any Eclipse-derived IDE, like Zend Studio) users to see SVN-like CVS changeset commit history.

This appears to be a newer version of same plugin: http://code.google.com/a/eclipselabs.org/p/changelog/

Strange, but new files, that are added on that branch are shown twice:

• as initial commit
• as part of changeset
