Missing "icon24_help.png" icon

[Alexander Obuhovich]

Icon "icon24_help.png" is missing. This icon is used as icon place holder for tree sections, that doesn't have their own icons (icon is specified, but is not found on disk). As start you can you gif variant and remove blue fade stuff around it. Or there could be an entirely new icon for this case. In any case such icon should indicate, that developer forgot to place icon on disk.

I'm not a designer, but I think, that icon size should be 24x22 px with transparent background, no so blurred and in PNG format. Anyway thanks for your input.

I think we really should leave this to designers.

As for now, I believe we should convert GIF to PNG and include in In-Portal 5.0.3.

Phil, no offence to your icon, but I din't think it's matching well in our current Admin theme :)
