Multilingual columns not created on separate module install

When you have 6+ languages created in In-Portal and then install new module (that has tables with multilingual columns) then multilingual columns for 6+ languages are not created automatically.

This results in sql fatal error on front-end.

Alex would you please create a task for this and probably describe how do fixing it (ie. 5.2.0-B2?).
