Notice on every page with debugger on 5.2.0

In 5.2.0 version we've made changes related to scheduled tasks for cases, when they are executed after page is displayed to user (see http://tracker.in-portal.org/view.php?id=0001339).

However as a side effect a notice was happening on every page with debugger, but after the debugger report was generated. This was nobody was able to see that notice.
