Frame in frame error 5.0.3

I'm always getting frame in frame error (see image), when I click on "Configuration" tree node in administrative console (all notes collapsed). It is not expanding with first not folder node opened. Instead it opens index page, which is frameset in right frame.

I constantly see such behavior on http://beta.in-portal.org websites.

Can't repeat this locally or on any other project from 5.0.x branch.

I had the same if you clic on left menu after being login-timed-out

Looks like we have finally figured this out!

Issue happens when Top frame is loaded after the left one and then makes a  onTreeFrameResize call since Left Frame size is null at the time loading.

That fix will have a great impact on all In-Portal 5.x installations, since we were having such problem for a long time and no reproduce recipe for it. Now it's fixed and it's great.
