Unable to reach inapp/settings.htm page

We are unable to reach the sandbox or production in-app setting page.
We are getting the Server Error 500

If you're already logged in try visiting

https://checkout.google.com/customer/gadget/inapp/settings.html?floodlightEndTag=cominap2&floodlightTag=cominap2

Otherwise log in(receive the 500 error) and go to the above URL.

This works for production setting page, thanks for.

But how about for the sandbox setting page?

I tried changing the URL, replace the word checkout with sandbox
hoping that it would let me throught the
sandbox setting page, but luck is not working still an error :))

Are the sandbox and production have the same setting page for
postback URL?
