服务也是用mysqld_safe或者mysqld启动的，mysqld_safe脚本里面有默认参数的，直接启动mysqld也有默认参数。不一定要unstable，只要比你当前版本新就行了，你可以用最新的stable或者testing，还有，你可以只升级mysql，不用整个系统升级，debian的滚动升级做得很好的，直接整个系统升级到unstable也没关系，而且很多服务器都是用unstable的。
