Is there any s/w like PC Suite whr i can explore all items of my iphone in my PC??

..... also can we delete photos or videos from iphone directly w/o itunes??

To delete , you may edit library, mark multiple & then delete.

one i have atteched my phone library to PC then it synchronized with all photos around8 GB now  its not showing in library but in phone there are all but i cant delete any folder or photo there , only thos which i clicked can b deleted.... what to do?
