Tips for buying used Macbook Pro

Hello All, If I decided to buy Macbook Pro 2015 from little and barely used one. 

What are the things should I be verifying before buying?

iCloud Find my iPhone I already had bad experience for my iPhone..i got cheated sold with iCloud locked.

Similarly MacBook also situation? if so how to verify weather original owner removed and no history is associated
