Dear all,
For obtaining funds, if required for ur project work materials, please
make a plan/ diagram showing the sizes/measurements of model planned,
with the position of various items required for the model, for
example, the valves in the model of cargo piping system.
The incharge faculty will consider and then grant 'sanction' for the
purchase of material accordingly from a local market.
Before any purchase, discuss the cost of material and the market feed
on it, with the concerned faculty, and do take an invoice from the
shopkeeper.
Institute will reimburse you the money basis the invoice.
