Some Info for packing :-)

Bhailog.. i m copy pasting some info I received from a senior.. Hope this is useful to all of us in packing:-)

 

 

 

 

u cn find vegetable and rajmah n chole (white ones), rice, salt @ wallmart thr

 

thr r 3 indian restaurants thr

i hv visited one, the food was fine

maggie dsnt exist thr

u cn find noodles, pizzas, potato fries, @ wallmart again

oil ..thr ws a kind of oil we used to get thr..i need to confirm the name from others

u shud tk spices, jeera, maggie, from here

take a cooker

u wont find one thr

no othr pulses will be thr

so tk sm along

tk pickle

u will find awesome jams (mermelada) and nutella (chocolate bread spread)

thr in mexico

if u want u cn tk sauce from here, thr they usually hv sm non-veg thing in them- suasages

i guess thats smthng els though

 

u shud take flour from here

u wont find any thr

thr is sm meda wala atta available thr

u cn buy these Indian things at the restaurant i m talking abt in case of urgency, as they charge a lot..i mean it 100 pesos for everythng..that means 400 INR for 1 kg of anythng basmati rice/kale chne/kali dal/etc

there is a very nice pizza maker (who makes veg pizas as well) very near to the clg

its a small shop/place to eat

n u will find many types of bread and all there

thr is an awesome bakery kinda vry vry close to the clg

clg serves free fruits and salad in lunch

n proper lunch(usually non veg) for i dnt remember exactly but 10-20 pesos smthng like that

now thats very very cheap as compared to outside and food is awesome

evn i used to get tempted to try that

n yeah get ur phones unlocked here in India itslf

if its locked by any chance

bcz i bought a samsung galaxy ace thr (for 15k INR) and it dsnt work in India and neither cud i got it unlocked anywhr in India

so if need be buy the cheapest phone u cn, so that u cn discard it thr itslf

my phone (not smart phone) ddnt work initially, ltr it worked though...and others faced no problem with thr phones...so dnt worry...
