1. Option 1 is a Studio apartment (for single Occupancy) with common Living room and Kitchen  and Option two is 1 BHK on shared basis (total rent will be shared). I  took Option 1 and kanika took Option 2, Both are in same building

I would suggest option 2 if you guys are willing to stay together. 

2. As already said pls do book them asap, humne bhi yhi se kia tha, You will not get such deals even if you reach 1 week earlier

(12 km) with same rent and much less facilities.
