Dear Sandra,

Hope you are doing great.

I am about to start my journey to Mexico in the next few hours. Trust me I am really excited for this new beginning.

As mentioned earlier, Parag, Sneha and myself are coming together and shall reach Mexico on Jan 2nd, 2013 at 1930 hrs (Mexico Local Time). We are coming from KLM Royal Dutch - KL-685.

We had a few questions in our mind, and would be glad if any of you could help us with that. You will understand that we will not be able to access our mails on a regular basis. As we get an opportunity, we would be grateful to read your responses. Kindly let us know the following:

1. Appropriate Mode of transport (Bus/Taxi/Train) that we should take to reach IPADE School. Approximate distance from the airport.

2. The addresses (along with the room numbers) of the accommodation that has been booked for us.And the contact details of the owner who shall hand over the keys to us.

3. Contact details (preferably personal phone number) of any one in Mexico whom we would be able to contact in case of any emergency.

4. Where should we report as soon as we reach Mexico (at IPADE School or Place of accommodation).
