Job Title: Sr. Test Manager

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration : 6+ Months

Job Description :

MUST HAVE:

· 10+ years of experience in IT quality assurance with a wide exposure to formal testing methodologies and processes

· 4+ years in a senior leadership role and communicating to/interacting with higher levels of leadership

· 5+ years managing QA consultants

· 2+ years in managing off-shore teams

· 2+ years’ experience in an agile/scrum environment

· 4+ years of SQL script writing experience

· Experience defining acceptance criteria, executing test cycles, and delivering quality software

· Ability to effectively communicate risk and escalate concerns

· Experience in developing QA metrics, coordinating test cycles and tracking quality

· Ability to find, escalate, and fix issues prior to production

NICE TO HAVE:

· Big Four consulting firm experience

· Tax regulations and applications

· Bachelor's Degree or higher
