What's happening?
Neither have I got a call frm any of the mentees.are you alcom folks interested in seriously driving the programme?

I had connected with my immediate seniors and batchmates asking them for help-but such lack of initiative from the students' side is genuinely depressing.

Alumni Relationship Committee under the guidance of Mr. Alekhya Chakrabarty (alumnus of batch 2008-10), has started the mentorship program for the year 2013-14. Mr. Chakrabarty has referred your name as a mentor for the current batch (2nd year) students at IMT. 

Please find below details on the  Mentorship Initiative. As you might be aware, IMT Ghaziabad with the help of its esteemed alumni base endeavours to provide to its students practical and corporate exposure in the fields of Finance, Marketing, HR and IT through the following initiatives.

Mentorship:

In this program, an alumnus acts as a mentor to one or more students currently pursuing a PGDM at IMT Ghaziabad.

The purpose is to provide the student with a personal insight into the workings of the corporate community, as well as guidance and counseling in terms of their career path. This program also aims to bring the alumnus closer to their alma mater by giving them a chance to impact the lives of IMT students.

·         The student will be assigned a mentor according to their area of specialization and career aspirations.
