2012 IronMen and IronWomen,
I am two weeks into training and things are going great. My muscles feel tight and I do not stretch. Does anyone have a good stretching routine before and or after swimming, biking and running training sessions?
I do love the Santosha Yoga's restorative class but can only access it once a month or so.
Please help me to loosen up!
