In case you are interested, I recently ran across a web site at http://www.howtorunamarthon.net which, even though the grammar and spelling are atrocious, contains some good information on running 26.2 miles, particularly the section on "Running Efficiently."  Active.com also posted tips on running a marathon (although I have not read it yet), and this may be timely information as well for the upcoming IM events.

Sincerely,

The correct link is  http://www.howtorunamarathon.net/

The irony that you misspelled marathon in the link and then railed on about spelling being atrocious was not lost on me 55.. :)
