Girls Training Weekend

Reminder: The Girls Training Weekend is still on! I have had lots of interest but don’t be shy about jumping in. The more the merrier!
It is at my cottage on Lake Michigan (8 miles south of South Haven and 17 miles north of St. Joe, where Steelhead begins).
The weekend is June 20th. You are welcome to come any time after tuesday, June 17th. A few girls are coming Wed. or Thursday. We will have to leave Sunday early afternoon because I have renters coming.
The cottage is right on the Steelhead bike course. The plan is to ride the course on Saturday. You can ride all of it - shorten it or double it! There will be lots of running and swimming opportunities too. It’s your chance to do some open water swimming. Sunday morning a group will be running. We have wooded hills out the back and the beach in the front. Pack your gear, book, and a good bottle of wine and we’ll be all set!

ps. I will be hosting a pre-race bbq for anyone coming for Steelhead. And, if you’d like to stay with me let me know. I have room for a few more.
